Key Job Responsibilities will include:
- Providing service excellent to customers to do banking transactions
- Collecting information related to clients or potential clients and analyzing their needs
- Providing explanation of banking products according to customer needs
- Responding to customer complaints to resolve the duduk perkara

- Day-to-day office management
- Maintain administrative tasks such as filing and processing documents
- Perform ad-hoc administrative support functions / office management tasks
- Perform data management to support business unit operations
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma 3 or graduates (S1) with minimum of 2.75 from relevant fields of studies
- Maximum age of 24 years old for fresh graduates and 26 years old with 2 years relevant experience
